Ensure that you have installed the MyGate app, and registered either as an owner or as a tenant. Detailed instructions are available on the New Residents page, including links to the app and demo video of how to use it.
Open the MyGate app and perform the following steps:
Select Payments > Society Dues.
Select the invoice which you want to pay.
Select Make Payment.
Download the receipt of payment and keep it to yourself for your personal records. DO NOT post maintenance payment receipts on Whatsapp groups.
NOTE:
No other form of payment apart from the method mentioned through MyGate will be accepted. DO NOT pay to any other person using UPI or otherwise.
After the due date for payment of an invoice is over, a penalty of 5% on the total due amount will be levied, and added as an arrear to the next invoice. Because the invoices are system-generated, it is not possible to waive off the penalty for any reason whatsoever.
If you still need help with MyGate registration, invoice, or payment, reach out to members of Executive committee or Management Committee. But before doing that, ensure that you have followed all MyGate-related instructions given on the New Residents page of this website.
Use the QR code below only for payments involving cultural activities at Stonescape.

DO NOT send the money to anyone's personal account or any other QR code - RWA will not be responsible for misplaced payments.
